I’ve been loving these cookie dough stuffed dates I’ve been loving these cookie dough stuffed dates lately 🤍

They’re sweet, easy to make, and such a good little treat when you want something that feels like dessert but still has simple ingredients.

All you need:
medjool dates
½ cup almond flour
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips

Mix the almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until a dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips, stuff into the dates, then add a few extra chocolate chips on top.

They’re soft, naturally sweet, and perfect when you want something homemade without making a full dessert.

🍌 Healthy Banana Bread Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe banana, mashed
• 1/3 cup maple syrup
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• Splash of vanilla extract
• Dash of salt
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1 cup oat flour
• Melted dark chocolate + sea salt for dipping

Instructions
- Mash banana in a bowl
-Mix in maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt
-Fold in almond flour + oat flour until dough forms
- Roll into bite-sized balls (freeze 30 mins if needed)
-Dip in melted dark chocolate
- Sprinkle with sea salt
- Freeze ~1 hour, then enjoy

I let them thaw slightly before eating.

Made this during nap time and it turned out so good 🤍
Soft, cozy, naturally sweetened, and packed with protein for steady energy.

Gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and made in one bowl.

I used @truvani vanilla protein powder and @hukitchen chocolate chips for clean ingredients that still taste amazing.
Save this for later ⬇️

Ingredients
 - 1½ cups mashed banana (about 3 bananas)
 - ¼ cup non-dairy milk
 - ¼ cup maple syrup
 - 2 eggs (room temperature)
 - 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup oat flour
 - 1 cup vanilla protein powder (I used @truvani )
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - ½ tsp baking soda
 - 1 tsp cinnamon
 - ½ cup chocolate chips (I used @hukitchen )
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients in one bowl.
- Add dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
 - Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread into a parchment-lined loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, until set.
 - Let cool before slicing.
