When my body feels a little run down or I want to give myself extra support, these immune shots are one of the first things I make.
They’re simple, warming, and easy to batch — no trends, no extremes. Just whole ingredients that I already keep on hand and come back to whenever I need a little boost, especially this time of year.
I like having these in the fridge, so supporting my body feels effortless. One small habit, done consistently, can go a long way.
Why I Make These Immune Support Shots
These shots are meant to support, not overwhelm. They’re bold in flavor, but gentle in intention — something you can add in without feeling like you’re doing “too much.”
Some of the reasons I love them:
- Support immune health during colder months
- Provide warming, grounding ingredients
- Easy to make in small batches
- Convenient to keep on hand throughout the week
They’re especially helpful when I want to stay consistent with wellness habits without adding extra stress.
Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon, with peel
- Fresh ginger, to taste (I use a generous amount 🔥)
Why These Ingredients Work Well Together
Each ingredient plays a simple, supportive role:
- Carrots – rich in antioxidants and naturally grounding
- Apples – add natural sweetness and balance
- Lemon (with peel) – brightens flavor and provides vitamin C
- Ginger – warming and supportive for immunity and digestion
Together, they create a bold yet balanced shot that feels nourishing and intentional.

How I Like to Use These
I usually enjoy one shot:
- In the morning
- When my body feels run down
- During cold and flu season
- Anytime I want a little extra immune support
They stay fresh in the refrigerator for about 3–4 days, so I like to make a small batch at a time.
A Gentle Wellness Reminder
Supporting your immune system doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple, consistent habits — like keeping nourishing shots on hand — can help you feel more supported without adding pressure.
Listen to your body, go at your own pace, and choose what feels sustainable for you.
