Immune Support Shot

Servings: 6 small shots

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon with peel
  • fresh ginger, to taste

Instructions

  • Wash all produce thoroughly.
  • Chop ingredients as needed to fit your juicer.
  • Juice the carrots, apples, lemon, and ginger.
  • Pour into small glasses or jars and refrigerate.

Notes

  • I use the Nama Juicer for this recipe — it makes juicing hard vegetables and ginger really easy.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
  • I like to make a small batch at a time for freshness.
