Instructions
Wash all produce thoroughly.
Chop ingredients as needed to fit your juicer.
Juice the carrots, apples, lemon, and ginger.
Pour into small glasses or jars and refrigerate.
Notes
I use the
Nama Juicer
for this recipe — it makes juicing hard vegetables and ginger really easy.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
I like to make a small batch at a time for freshness.
