Who else enjoys drinking a pumpkin spice latte in the fall? I do love me a good PSL, but nothing is better than a homemade version made healthier!
So here it is! A creamy, non-dairy, PSL with only 7 ingredients!

Healthier Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
A creamy, non-dairy, PSL with only 7 ingredients!
Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso OR 8 ounces of coffee
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup use 1 tbsp if you don't like it too sweet
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup plant-based milk
- ice
Instructions
- Put espresso, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla in a cup and blend with a milk frothing wand.
- Add ice to another glass and pour your pumpkin spice expresso mix over the top.
- Add your milk and stir.
- Top with more pumpkin pie spice.
