Healthier Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso OR 8 ounces of coffee
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup use 1 tbsp if you don't like it too sweet
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup plant-based milk
  • ice

Instructions

  • Put espresso, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, and vanilla in a cup and blend with a milk frothing wand.
  • Add ice to another glass and pour your pumpkin spice expresso mix over the top.
  • Add your milk and stir.
  • Top with more pumpkin pie spice.
