Healthier Giant Single-Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie Healthier Giant Single-Serve Chocolate Chip Cookie 🍪

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and actually so good.

This is one of those easy recipes for when you want something sweet but don’t want to make a whole batch of cookies.

Ingredients:
• ¼ cup almond flour
• 3 tbsp almond butter
• 1 tsp ground flaxseed
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Chocolate chunks or chips
• Flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until a thick dough forms.
3. Place on the baking sheet and gently flatten into a thick cookie shape.
4. Press extra chocolate on top.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is still soft.
6. Let it cool for a few minutes so it firms up.
7. Top with flaky sea salt if using.

Save this for the next time you want a healthier sweet treat 🤍

An easy no-bake snack I like to keep on hand when I want something sweet, cozy, and a little more nourishing.

The turmeric + cinnamon give these such a warm flavor, and the almond butter helps make them more satisfying. Perfect for a quick snack, afternoon bite, or something to grab when you want a little sweet treat.

✨ Save this recipe for later.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ½ cup almond butter
• 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• pinch of black pepper
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients until fully combined.
- Roll into bite-sized balls and chill for about 30 minutes to set.

Makes about 12 energy bites.

They’re sweet, easy to make, and such a good little treat when you want something that feels like dessert but still has simple ingredients.

All you need:
medjool dates
½ cup almond flour
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips

Mix the almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until a dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips, stuff into the dates, then add a few extra chocolate chips on top.

It was honestly the small, boring things I could keep doing consistently.

Walking more.
Prioritizing sleep.
Eating more balanced meals.
Paying more attention to ingredients.
And letting go of the all-or-nothing mindset.
