Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (1/2 cup if using mini chocolate chips)
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat over to 375F
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients
- Mix well
- In an 8×8 square baking pan, line it with parchment paper (for thicker squares – use a 6×4 dish)
- Press the granola mixture into the pan firmly
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Let cool completely then cut into squares
