Thank you for this list. My teenaged daughter was hospitalized this past fall for suicidal issues and she came home SO empowered by utilizing affirmations for self care. She is beginning to understand the power that her inner dialogue has in her daily life. I’ve printed off your list to add to her stash of self-affirmations. We have both gotten bullet journals and spend 15-20 minutes in the evening (most evenings) writing out an affirmation and coloring/drawing.
