Turmeric Tonic Juice Ingredients
- Oranges are packed with vitamin C which can help boost your immune system and protect against infections.
- Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant that can help fight inflammation and boost immune function.
- Ginger contains compounds that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, which can help strengthen the immune system.
- Turmeric contains curcumin, which has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Turmeric Tonic Juice Recipe
- 2 oranges
- 1 carrot
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- 1 inch piece of turmeric root (or 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder)
- pinch of black pepper (to increase turmeric absorption)
- 1 cup cold water
Directions
- Peel oranges and carrots and roughly chop them.
- Wash ginger and turmeric root (optional to peel them)
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend well

Green Juice Ingredients

- 3 cups kale: washed, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber: washed
- 1 green apple: washed, quartered
- 1 green pear: washed, quartered
- 1/2 lemon: peeled
- 1 cup cold water
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend well
