Especially if you’re an entrepreneur or working from home, each day may look different — you may start some days by 30 mins scrolling through TikTok in bed and end it on the couch, while others you’re up at 6 a.m. for a workout and in bed at 8 p.m. with a good book. This underlines the importance of having a morning and evening routine to give you days uniformity and structure.

This doesn’t mean you have to adhere to it by the letter each day, but having a rough outline of how you start and end the day can help you plan things that keep you happy and healthy.
