Golden Milk Turmeric Latte
Cozy up with this golden milk latte which is a healing and anti-inflammatory drink.
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk or any milk you prefer
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small pot on medium heat.
- Whisk well until it comes to a boil.
- Pour into a mug
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top
