About four years ago, before I began my wellness journey, I used to indulge in unhealthy treats every day because I have a BIG sweet tooth.
However, since becoming a holistic nutritionist, I have discovered ways to replace these processed foods with healthier options that still satisfy my sweet tooth.
This change has really improved how I feel both mentally and physically.
So, I thought I’d share a quick and easy recipe for no-bake energy balls that you can whip up in just 10 minutes. Trust me, they’re super delicious!
