May is Mental Health Month — a perfect excuse to prioritize yourself and everything that makes you feel good. Whether navigating big life changes or just trying to survive the day-to-day hustle, taking time for your mental wellness isn’t selfish — it’s essential.

1. Prioritize Rest Like It’s Your Job
