I love this! The flexibility of the list allows me to pick and choose the areas I wanted to work on and add a few new areas to work on as I make sustainable changes. Right now I am working on eating more plant based foods and cutting out processed foods.

I love to use the Headspace app for meditation also, itās great because I can link the subscription with my Spotify account so it saves a bit of money as well! One thing I definitely want to do focus on this year though is get some house plants!
